For the seat, you can look to swap out a used seat from a yard - bookmark car-parts.com
and it will show the interchange models as well.

Erie-VoVo is a Volvo specialty yard plus you can search eBay as well (I'm assuming its the bottom section that's worn?)

For the window, check fuses and the circuit breaker. There are roller pins that can break/wear out or it can be the motor so you may need to pull the door card to get a better idea. On the latch, its likely the handle may need to be replaced or the actuator came off. You may find a PDF or posts online on how to pop off the handle to have a look see. Tascaparts.com is a good site for OEM bits and has diagrams as well.

 

what colour is this. cannot find any colour codes 1998 c70 in person sort of a copper/bronze, bought is for 1200.00 152000 miles 1 owner, took European delivery.. have all the records..

color codes are on the car - look either in the door jamb or the manufacturer's plate on the firewall (my 850 is a "418'" ) to match to the list... You can then find shops which will paint match, fill cans etc. I happen to live near Levine's Auto in CT who does paints (including custom fill spray cans).
