My darling daughter destroyed a leased 2013 Honda Civic the other day and I decided to just buy her something for cash...hence a 2000 C70 will be coming home tomorrow. I drive a 97 V90 and previously had a 240 wagon, but this will be my first foray into the world of FWD Volvo's. Wish me luck...

 

Got it home, the top cycled partway through the cycle and stopped. After 2 hours of head scratching and whatnot, I watched a youtube video and noticed that my tonneau cover didn't go past vertical like the one in the video. I started checking my top, and found a dead beetle jamming one of the microswitches under the hard tonneau cover. I popped it out and the top worked like a charm. I don't know how the beetle got there but I'm just relieved it was something simple...this time.
