The rear view mirror on my 2001 c70 convt is whacked. It started about a week ago with an egg sized spot that slowly moved around the glass, now it settled on the bottom and the view is blurred. Any suggestions. Can I replace just the glass or need entire replacement?

You need to replace the entire mirror assembly.

 

update, replaced mirror from dealer $200. Also learned that driver window button, door lock button, dome lights, door lights andkey in ignition chime will all go whacky when mirror is not plugged in and 10A fuse is blown. All good now. THX
