New to me
Just picked up this Flamenco Red 2013 with 17k on here, just got to figure out 2 things; Trunk wont lock and the button in the trunk does not release the top when it is down to access the trunk,

More details are necessary for both.
When you say the trunk won't lock, do you mean the doors are locked after pressing the button, but you can still open the trunk?
And for the top, you put the top down, then open the trunk, then press the top lift button in the trunk to raise the top to access the trunk space, but the top does not move? Does it if you hold the button? and can you verify the trunk divider is down and latched on both side. This will keep the top from moving.
And is it an inscription? Looks good in that color

The divider is down, pushed on it to make sure, The top doesn't move at all when you push the button either push and release or holding it.
