Radio / HVAC control exchange

Just bought a 2000 C 70 - radio & HVAC don't work properly - will a radio and HVAC controls from a 1998 V 70 work?
What headaches will I have?

From: Chesapeake, VA.

Any 1998-2004 70 series should plug in. Radio SC-900, Sc-901, SC-902.
