Default Rear Window Defroster demister, defogger not working

I have an 04 C70 and the defroster for the rear window is not working. The light on the switch does not come on. I checked the grid on the window and there is continuity but no power to it. On the back of the switch there is one small wire that has power to it. the thick yellow wire with a red strip has a ground charge to it I thought it would be + but it is not.

So I've googled this topic and there are references to a different Volvo to check relays on the passenger side inside the cabin. I wasn't aware that there were any there I have seen them in the drivers side.

Oh and I have checked the fuses under the hood I believe 14 and 29 according to the manual and they are fine. Anyone have any suggestions or can offer any help . Please !!!

Thanks in advance

I had to have that fixed today, there was a broken wire in the back back hatch door.
