Exclamation Scary steering, what's going on?!

When I am at speed and going around a big turn, such as an interchange between two highways or interstates, sometimes it feels like the steering just gives out for half a second, almost like if I were to jerk the wheel suddenly one direction but of course I'm not. It is really scary, I'm worried something really bad could happen. I only really notice it when I am going around a big right curve, never a left that I've noticed at least. The last time I had it serviced before I started doing my own maintenance, the guy wrote on my receipt that the RF inner tie rod is loose and the RF lower ball joint is very loose. Would either of those cause this problem? I have already bought a complete Right and Left inner/outer tie rod kit, and will be ordering right and left ball joints/control arms as well. I want to make sure I'm not missing the problem though. ALSO, I will be doing this all at the same time, basically redoing the steering and suspension, and here is what I will be buying over the next few months. Please let me know if there is anything that I should at to my list...

*inner/outer tie rods
*ball joints/control arms
*CV joints (maybe the whole shafts, opinions?)
*struts/shocks
*IPD lowering springs
*strut mounts
*spring seats
*control arm bushings
*sway bar links

The steering and suspension components are all original on my 98 c70 with 175k so they are shot. I want it to ride and steer like a new car. Am I missing anything at all?

Those components will absolutely cause significant handling problems when pushed.
Your list is good, but you don't need new CV joints for better handling, they are a drivetrain part, but if you have the money, it's a good time to replace them.
