Seat adjustment?

For some reason the passenger seat of my 2000 c70 does not go back as far as I think it should. The driver's seat goes back at least 2 inches further. Is there a way to adjust the range on the seat?

check the track underneath and see if theres something blocking it first

That was the first thing I checked. Nothing blocking it.
