I got quoted by my dealer $399 to replace the positive cable that runs to the main fuse box. 90bucks for the cable and the rest in labor. He said it was a labor intensive job over 2 hours.

I ordered this cable from FCP for like 46bucks, and I replaced it today. Took oh about 30mins to do the job

It took you 30 minutes, but they wanted to charge you 2 hrs. of labor? Did that 2 hrs. include "diagnostic" time on a cable,lol...???

 

no the diagnotics was the " the tech got a shock from the cable when changing the trans" lol

I think the 2 hours included me opening my wallet and all my money flying out lol
