I have a 2001 C70. When I am traveling 60mph or above and start to accelerate it vibrates. Its pretty annoying. It is starting to concern me. Any Suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

front wishbones? I remember when I had similar problem that was the cause of it

How about your tires? Are they old? Balanced?

 

That was my next thought as well. For some reason my car goes through tires up front like mad. I thought it may be the alignment or struts. I really need to give my car some attention. I have been so busy with work I havent had time to even look at it but if I don't I wont be able to get to work. Last time I put front tires on they balanced them though.

 

If you have bad alignment tires wear unevenly and go out of balance faster

 

Thats pretty much what I figured but its always good to hear it reinforced. Sometimes ya need a little help making the right decisions. Any idea about what it cost to get an alignment? I think I will have them balance the tires the same time.

 

Turns out it was the inner drivers side cv joint. the bearing was so bad when I took it out the actual bearing fell off and the whole thing came apart.
