Default Window / regulator replacement

2000 C70 coupe passenger window has broken wire and is not operating. I can get a whole assembly, including window, from one at a salvage yard locally.
If I am replacing the whole assembly is there still an major adjustment problem or would it be easier than trying to do just the wire?
At this time I can't really afford to buy new parts or have the dealer do it.

Thanks for any advice!

Any time the assembly is removed, it has to be adjusted after installation.

Is the adjustment any easier when the whole assembly is replaced together?

Nope. You are adjusting it in relation to the body of the car. So there is no difference.
