Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I had this new 2022 Xc90 rechargeable for a few months. I purchased an online charging cable as it is a faster charger to charge my car. It worked fine until today it's stuck and I couldn't pull out. I have tried every solution that I found online without success. I think this model of car is not common. There's not much of information about it.
Volvo service team sucks and I don't want to tow my car to them if I have any other solutions. I noticed on the Manual there's no mention of emergency release like tesla does.
When I lock the car, there's a small pin above the cable will stick out. When I unlock the car, the pin will retract, but I still can't pull the cable out. The button on the cable won't press down. On my car screen it shows " charging error".
Anyone had the same experience?

A small pin above the cable ??? Makes no sense. All the cables for this type of charging are basically the same. Please shoot an image and post it.
