This is an inside view of the door locking mechanism. The white clip (pictured) is where the door lock Rod goes... but how!
Just this last week, I took the interior door panels off of the front driver and passenger side doors, to upgrade the stock speakers. The doors went back on fairly easily and this week, I moved to the rears.

Fortunately the speakers are mounted, connected and bumpin! But unfortunately, in the process of putting the door panel back on, the door lock rod came unhooked from the small white clip inside the door that latches up for unlock and down for locked.

I have tried to put and fanagle the end of the rod back into the clip so many different ways, I ended up snapping part of one clip and the spring that lies above the clip, came off on the other side.

Now I'm not only frustrated but at a loss. I have scoured the internet and found nothing even close to what I need. I'm tempted to take my car to the dealership and just pay them to put it all back together but they recently ****ed me over and I'd rather do it myself...

1) Where can I find the white plastic clip online for purchase?
2) Can I reconnect the spring myself or do I need to purchase a new one? Or maybe a whole new assembly?
3) HOW DO I GET THE DOOR LOCK ROD BACK IN PLACE?!?!
4) Is there anyone besides Volvo I could take my car to, who could figure it out? I definitely mean a professional...
