Have been reading some forums with same issue im having. Stiff 1st 2nd gear changes. Gets a bit better when warm. Has anyone had this problem and a solution to it? Splines? Mesh? Slave cylinder? Clutch? Oil? Transmission mount?
understand could be either but read many has this problem but haven' found a solid solution or resolved thread.

 

I suspect some clutch drag. You can try a transmission drain/fill and go with a premium synthetic gear old like Redline that will help with the cold days but thats dead winter below freezing stuff not when its warmer

Dunno if you have a pedal adjustment option but you should also inspect the slave cylinder for any signs of leaks and consider bleeding the slave to see if there's any air in it
