2000 volvo s40 hood won't completely shut
Hi,
Not sure if this is a cable problem or a latch problem. When I go to pull the red release lever, there is no resistance. Fortunately, I'm still able to access under the hood, but when I close it, the only thing holding it down is the secondary hood latch. The primary hood latch looks old and rusty. Not sure. Will respond in this thread with photos/videos later.
