Hey all,

I've had this s40 for about 2 years now. Had a hitch in the getty-up when I bought it, but coils, wires and plugs fixed it. It was running great until about a week ago.

My wife ran it out of gas, and it has not run the same since. Almost chokes to death first crank in the morning. Had no power with the pedal down. I put some sea foam in the gas to help with water/dirt issues. That did a little, but not enough. Drained that gas and filled up with premium, put new nkg's in it. It idles much better with the new gas, but still feels like it's got no *** when you get on it. What do i check next?

Change the coils again? - It isn't hesitating like it did last time it needed coils.

Seems like it's fuel or air.

I'll have the new fuel filter at home today and change that.
How do i test the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump?
How do i test the turbo?
