solved -but would not allow me to delete-Posting for someone- 2005 s40 died while driving. Trial and error led him to replaced the starter twice (used starters…thought the first one might be bad) and battery cable harness. Now, It cranks but blows fuse 13 immediately. (which is the starter relay fuse, he believes.)

can anyone please give me advice on what could be blowing fuse 13, please?
