Default Cam Seal plug / adhesive or just press fit?

About a year ago I repaired a blown HG and the cars been running just fine. This morning went to check the oil level and noticed oil covering the throttle body area and found that the cam cap/plug was halfway separating from the head. I only used a drift to install last year but is this supposed to be pressed in with an adhesive?

It's just press fit. Some RTV won't hurt though. I would check if you have back pressure from the oil fill. Just in case there is more going on like a clogged PCV system.

What Houdini said - check your PCV before other seals start popping out!
