My S40 2006 cabin temperature is 5 celsius higher than the set value during cooling. Because cooling flow depends on external temperature too, the system and myself are confused a bit. When the air temperature outside is much lower than the cabin temperature the auto climate does not start the compressor instead using the outside air to cool the cabin. In Cyprus i live the sun heats up the car internal during even the coldest 3-9 celsius winter. The 5 celsius tolerance then makes problems. Is it possible to calibrate the temperature controller module?
