I have an 01 S40 and the drivers side headlight is cracked (chrome bezel). The headlight is still operational...I have to admit it has been cracked for a little over 2 years...is there anyone that sells just the plastic lens cover or do I have to bite the bullet and purchase the whole headlight assembly?

Thats awesome. Both my lens are smashed and I dont what to have to spend the 1000 bucks volvo wants to fix them. I think there are some aftermarket plastic ones for 55 bucks each. whooohoooo

ebay sells the whole piece for like 100$(whole headlight)...

 

I AM NEVER BUYING CAR PARTS OF EBAY EVER AGAIN.....

 

Be very wary of Ebay. You can get some good deals. But sometimes not.
