So, I bought a 2004 s40 t5 that needed rod bearings replaced. Well, I replaced rod bearings and also did oil change with running an engine flush through first. Now, I get low oil pressure light, but not when first started. This is my first volvo as well. I'm feeling defeated and really agitated. How can I completely clean system or what is the best fix for this issue?

 

I'm almost afraid to ask...
1) Why did you replace the rod bearings?
2) Did you have the crank machined?
