Default found spun rod bearing where to now?

Found spun rod bearing the rod and crank are pretty scarred up. Where to now? Replace motor or get crank and rod machined? Seems rod bearings are kinda hard to find especially oversized

time to search car-part.com for available short blocks or whole engines near you... I'd think a good machine shop can tell you what's available for bearings / cranks and whether yours can get cleaned up. Assuming your cylinder head is still good, if you swap out the entire engine you'd be able to sell the head and other bits to recover some cost. You may also want to search for Volvo performance parts to see who may carry major rebuild parts.

Thanks for the info!! I have been searching and searching but the parts for the T3 from 05 to 07 are pretty limited especially some non standard sized bearings!! I was hoping that a lower from maybe an 04 T2 would work but from what read the turbo from the T3 could blow out the cylinder walls "If read right" in oklahoma Volvo parts are scares!

I wouldn't worry about the t2 block being blown out by a T3 turbo. The changes are very subtle - like to support durability with an extra 20 HP - its not uncommon for people to "tune" a T2 to more HP than a T3 with programming/downpipes and no issue on the bottom end. Note that when I looked on Car-part.com I did see a yard in San Diego selling a T3 short block for $600 (add another 100 or so for shipping) so that sounds like a reasonable out. Whole T3 engines are available but there I'd expect $1500 as the going rate...
