Does anyone know how far you have as soon as the gas light comes on? 2001 S40

 

Gas light is supposed to come on when you have 1 gallon of gas or 30 miles left (I think thats the mileage). I have the trip computer so it tells mehow many miles i have until empty, down to 10 miles, so i dont evenworry whenthelight comes on.Depending onyour driving whether it is city or highway it could vary. If you were onthe highway you could probably get 45miles or so, but I dont recommend trying that out.
