Yes makes sense about the FPR being bad.
Like I said above when you turn the key on it primes the system thats why it starts faster.

 

Alright! I am really tired of this problem. I am going to replace the FPR this weekend. Where can I buy it on the cheap? Do I need to buy the whole unit or just the regulator?

Someone on s40concepts.net forum said that it could also be the plugs and wires. I was thinking about doing those. Any thoughts?

You can follow which ever advise you want I would still say FPR first.
I don't know where else to buy beside the Dealer.
