How to replace the AT gera shifter **** on a 06' S40 T5?

Hi does anyone know how to replace the OEM gear shifter for a S40 T5 w/AT and geartronic?

If they are the same as 1st gen s40's they just pull off and the replacement pushes on until it snaps in place.Check with dealer and be sure. You have to use a lot of "pull power" to get them off. Best way is put car in lowest gear, get in back seat and pull like crazy.BJ
