Has anyone replaced their automatic transmission on a 2003 (01-04)? Mine has 165K and is starting to slip now. I replaced the fluid and did the flush several thousands of miles ago but it seems to be getting worse especially first to second gear. I can a get a used transmission for as little as $200 locally so I'm wondering how hard it is to replace the unit. I can't seem to find any how-to messages even on s40 Concepts.
