Has anyone had an issue like this? The previous owner (I guess) installed either a new cylinder or ignition switch. While testing the CEM, i noticed that the ignition switch was not bolted in. There was an improper bolt in the hole but the switch was rotated so that it held the switch rotated forward. When I rotated back, the key would not reach the start position, I rotated it back and the vehicle started. It look like it was out of time. I am not sure if I can rebuild the lock cylinder or if the switch itself can be adjusted.
