Intermittent wiper problem

Hey. I noticed the intermittent wiper control doesn't work on my wife's 2000 V40. Any ideas?

Did you change out the headlight bulbs for HID or Xenon? Some folks report CEM trouble causing wiper malfunctioning after trying to upgrade the headlights.

I take it the wipers work on low or high?

Nope, didn't upgrade the bulbs, and yes the wipers work fine on low and high. Thanks
