lost timing on b4204t5
hello everyone!
i`m new here on this forum and this is my first thread.
my 2001 v40 t4 went out of water and the headgasket blew.
due to some helping hands dismantling I was able to loose the timing of the shafts
if somebody have this info please give me a light :
1.position of crankshaft,(piston 1 in TDC definetly don´t work)
2.position of camshafts,(witch one is slightly over /under the edge of head
3.torque on headbolts
thanks alot!

Crankshaft gear has | mark that lines up with | mark on block.
Camshaft gears have | mark that lines up with | mark on removable plastic gear cover.
Pistons down in the bore so they don't hit open valves.
Head bolts torque from middle outward:
20 nm, then 60 nm, then tighten 130 degrees angle. (Torque is in Newton/Meters. Be careful NOT to use Pound/Feet unless you convert the values)
