Default Please Help - AWD only works for a few seconds after start up - consistently and then

2007 S40 T5 6MT AWD

I'll try to condense this because its a lot. About a month ago I was driving and my car just shut down. Wouldn't start without pulling the battery lead and reinstalling and even then it would only idle with zero throttle response. After a lot of troubleshooting it was determined the DEM was fried and sending bad info to the ABS module which was sending bad info the the CEM and it locked out the car. Sent the DEM to Xemodex, they sent it back, I tested my pump, installed the DEM and the AWD wold only work for a few seconds after start up and then stop. Called Xemodex, "you need a pump too," DEM went back for Warranty, new Pump kit, installed it, new fluid, new filter, started it up, same problem. The DEM has been serviced twice now and the pump is new but I am getting code 0006 Pump Faulty Signal, E003 Configuration Fault Faulty Value and 000B Oil Pressure Faulty value.

000B and E003 went away after being initially cleared but 0006 comes back after being cleared within seconds of putting the car in gear.

We followed all the troubleshooting that Pro Demand offers in regard to the Pump which is new, the DEM which is new and the CEM just because and everything turns out fine. The transmission fluid (Haldex fluid) starts out in spec at idle (.38 +/- .04) then drops in-explicitly. Testing the control signal to the DEM, it's there, tested the voltage from the DEM to the pump, it is there and then drops just like the AWD. I even changed the pressure sensor thinking maybe its sending too low a value to the DEM and thus it is disengaging the AWD with no luck.

Do any of you have any thoughts at all on this. I'm $1500 deep into this repair already and before I keep throwing money at it blindly at this stage I'd like to have an idea where to start or if any of you have encountered something similar!!

Cheers

Ben
