Replacing power sterring pulley on an s40
I just got my 2002 Volvo s40 back from the mechanic and he replaced the serpentine belt. It was not in the original work order. He told that I must soon replace the power steering pulley or it will chew up my serpentine belt. The pulley is damaged.
Okay.
Then he told something that surprised me. The power steering pulley was made of plastic and that was standard on all Volvo cars because of cost and weight. Plastic would explain why it is damaged.
I want to replace the plastic pulley with one made of metal. However, I do not know which one to order. I have seen many on line but which one do I order? The are clearly not Volvo original equipment.
Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Need a tool to pull it off. I haven't seen a metal one, not sure if the shaft size / od of these are the same on the v70's or not.
