Default Roaring noise won't stop!

I just had my 2007 Volvo S40 right front wheel bearing replaced. However, there is still a roaring noise coming from the front of the car when I turn the wheel to the right. My mechanic told me that turning to the right strains the bearing on the left and that's where the noise is coming from. He wants to replace that one, too. Does that sound right??

It does sound right. You can test it by finding an emphty road go the speed it takes for you to hear the roar then turn the wheel back and forth quickly to take the weight off the bearing. If it is your left/drivers front bearing than when you swerve the car to the left it will rotate the weight to the right and release the strain on the left bearing. The roaring noise should quiet as you are swerving then go back to roaring when you center the wheel. That would indicate a bad bearing.
