I have used it about on my most recent oil change only in the crank case, the reason i used it was because my last oil before the treatment came out a little bit sludgy.

For me I just put it in the crankcase and drove her for about 30 mins and when I went to change out the oil it was beautiful with no sludge.

I have read about other S40 owners putting it through the vacuum line and it does a good clean but make sure to be in a WELL ventilated space as there will be lots of smoke coming out the exhaust.

 

I have worked on my own vehicles forever, or it seems like it. Ihave had VW's, Audi's, Saab's, Jeep's, and others vehicles, all with way more than a 100,000 miles. Seafoam does what it says it does, won't harm your vehicle. It is NOT snake oil. It works.

 

Will Sea Foam help if the PCV is clogged up?

 

Yes it will if used in the crankcase
