when these cars have over 100000 miles does the value go down the tube i am wanting to trade for a camaro when does the timing belt need to be changed can i unhook the speedo so i can keep it under 100000

Not really.... Most folks that buy Volvos, know that at 100k they are just being broken in and know that if properly maintained will do well over 300k and also know that they are one of the safest vehicles. With that said, Volvo enthusiasts and some fanatics like myself will pay good money on a clean, cared for car! I have seen people pay 4,500-5,000 for a 97 850R 140-150 on the clock....

On a lot of models, even if you were to unhook the speedo for mileage, the ECU will still have the correct mileage!
