04 Volvo S60 Battery Draining
My sister has a 2004 Volvo S60 AWD and just within the last year it has been having a major issue I would say that when the car sits it completely drains the battery. It will require a jump in order to get it running. It was purchased about 4 yrs ago, and we didn't find out till later that it was in a major accident. You can tell as the passenger side door are a little off. We've taken it to 4 different mechanics and they have not found any probable reason for the drainage. They hook it to their computer systems and it comes back clear, but something somewhere is causing a draw. The last mechanic stated that the alarm was always on but silent. He disconnected it thinking that could be a cause. My sister considered selling it but with this issue lingering we've continued to hold onto it.
If anyone has any conclusions or ideas to try I am all ears. This has been nothing but frustrating.
