have an 07 S60 that I believe the CEM is dead or dying. Here is my list: Only passenger low beam works no high beams. No turn signals. Radio display very dim, dash light dimmer has no affect on any dash lights. Tire pressure and stability control systems need service messages. No operation of the message center controls can't clear or change. I disconnected the battery for a couple hours without any change. Except a nav screen raises when I start the car. I don't have any controls for nav so that is weird. This all happened at once so am I right thinking CEM or should I be looking elsewhere? This is my 1st Volvo so I apologize if this seem elementary
