My fiance purchased an 05 S60 and neither of the 12v outlets have power. I have checked the fuses and none seem to be busted. After searching around seemed like #13 was the fuse for the outlet but this fuse is labeled telephone and only 5A which seems low to me for this application. I have checked this fuse and it is fine. I am really thinking this is a fuse issue and that I am looking in the wrong place but I am really not sure does anyone have any ideas? Oh and I know the key must be on for it to work. Thanks in advace

try putting a multimeter on the plug and verify there is "0 volts"

if you get 0 volts, and the fuses are good, you have some other problem
