Default 2005 Volvo S60 2.5T Constant Vent Airflow

I have discovered that while driving, fresh air is being blown through the vents even when I have all panel switches off.

The fan **** is turned all the way to the left with orange colored LED but I still feel some air being blown into the car.

My service advisor told that this is normal. That all I could do is either press the Recirculate button to minimize the flow or close the individual vent shutters.

Do you all experience the same?

The service advisor you spoke to is right. If you don't have the recirculation button pressed then you will get air flow that comes from the air through the cowl.
