My heat/ac will come on, intermittently, when the control **** is in the off position. This is for an 02 S60. Only happens when the engine is running. Any ideas?

do you just hear a blower? or are you actually getting hot/cool air blown out the ducts. there is a blower system for the ecu and I can often hear it running on hot days, more so if I am not running the ac. It will run after the car is turned off for a while also...

 

You can feel the hot or cold air coming out, even though control **** is turned off.
