Bed Springs Sound comming from the front, what is it?
Lately I've been noticing there is a sound coming from the front of my 2001 Volvo S60. It sounds like someone jumping up and down on a bed.
Does anyone know what it is? I only notice it when its cold, but when its warm I dont hear it....

Well I'm not sure about the s60 specifically but this kind of sound is often swab bar bushings.
If it has a slight clunkiness(I think I just made a word) then it could be ball joints, swab bar end links or the A-arm bushings which are different than most in the case of the s60.
If I were you I would get some silcone spray or something similar and spray the swab bar bushings and see if that helps. If that does help then you found your problem.

Where do I find silicone spray and do I just get up under there and spray it? I have no idea what I would be looking for lol
A common problem on the S60, is the Strut Mount bushing going bad, then you will get a squeaking rubber sound going over soft bumps.
What happens is the bushing in the middle separates from the rubber, and then it will be able to move separate from the rubber when your suspension is going up and down.
