Has anyone had an issue with the blower fan sometimes working on low and then goes high even when the dial is at 0. Not only that, but after I turn off the ignition the fan is still running. I had to resort to removing the 30 amp fuse just to turn off the fan.

Help would be appreciated.

What you need is the blower fan module or power stage. Depend on who you talk to as to what it is called.
