i have problem with my a\t , (s60 t-5 2005)

i want to covert to Manual Gear ,

possible? sure, anything is possible if you have the $$ for it. a reasonable project? not really.

 

You would have thousands into it.

You would need:
Manual trans
Gearshift linkage
all the fluid lines
pedal assembly
reflashed ECU (IPD may be able to do it, around $1500 minimum I would guess)

Buy a wrecked S60 and swapping out parts would be the only/best way. You would need ALL the CEM modules from the donor car since they are all married to each other.

Just buy a manual S60.

 

I have a problem apparently with valve body ( new 1200$ ) , and I hope the gear is ok

i dont know how much it cost

 

Far far far less than the swap.

Honestly the swap would probably cost 5k at minimum.
