I have a 2002 Volvo S60. The dash board goes on and off while i'm driving.
It started doing this right after i poured winshield wiper fluid inside my frozen door lock. I don't know if the two are related and doing that has damaged some fuses.
If you agree with me, do you know where the fuses box is in this car?
otherwise What are the suggestions for this issue?

Although not advisable, the windshield washer fluid most likely didn't hurt the dash board. Its likely that the instrument cluster has an internal fault.
