My '02 S60 AWD driver's window works only intermittently - occasionally works normally, but usually either refuses to go down or back up again.

In every case, shutting off the ignition and restarting will make it work for a while.

Is there a relay panel somewhere with replaceable window relays?

that would be the window switch on the door....if it is going bad it could cause the symptoms your describing...I would test the window switch anad if it shows it's going bad I would look on fcp groton for a replacement part!
