Default Fuel Smell

Hi folks, 2006 S60 2.5T, 190,000mi. When I open my garage in the morning, I can smell what I think is fuel. I look under the car and can't smell anything, and if I open the hood I can't smell anything. I don't see any leaks, and there is no fuel smell within the car either. Performance and fuel economy does not appear to be affected, and the car is not skipping, sputtering or anything. Seems to be coming from the rear somewhere. Any ideas on where to start? Thanks.

Lightbulb Gas Smell

Had the same issue with my 2003 S60.
A new fuel pump with new seals solved the problem. Pump is made out of plastic. Hope it works for you. I bought the new Bosch fuel pump and got it installed for $260.00.

If it were the rear evaporator cannister, wouldn't that throw off a trouble code? The fuel filler neck would not however.
