Default Head lamp wipers inop

My LH head lamp wiper is stuck and the RH one doesn't move at all. The little sprayers work. I checked fuses 11B/16 (engine compartment) and 11C/12 (driver side dash) and both are good. I also swapped relays FST1 and FST3, but that didn't fix it either. Looking at the wiring diagram it appears that the sprayer pump and the head lamp motors receive power from the same relay (FMI3).
Is there a common disconnect for the two wipers, or is this a case of two failed motors? Is it possible that the CEM is affecting their operation? My next step is to find the disconnects and read for voltage and check continuity, but I am looking for any extra ideas before I start digging into the wiring.

Any help would be appreciated!

The motors are common to go bad.

I kinda figured that is what happened. I just thought is was weird because they both worked a couple of months ago. I guess I will just cover them up since I never thought they made much sense anyways.
