I am new to this forum. I bought a 2003 S60 model and it had a cracked headlight lens. The dealer knocked off $250 AND shipped me a whole new headlight assembly for free. I realize that in order to replace the assembly you have to take the bumper off. I was wondering if it is possible to replace just the lens without taking the bumper off? Thanks.

 

I have the same problem. FCP Groton sells just the lense, and I asked if it can be replaced without taking the headlamp out. The answer is no, there is a clip at the bottom of the lense which requires access only after lamp is removed, which means bumper is off.
