So i just changed my timing belt. 70,000 miles and 11 years old....thing looked like new...i couldn't make it crack if i tired.....oh well now i guess i won't need to worry about that for a while....changed the serpentine belt and water pump too....all that stuff was like new as well.....not much money spent on it all anyways...

 

It isn't usually the belt that fails, its the idler or tensioner.

 

well i guess i'm covered then. i changed everything...
