LATCH Anchor Cover won't stay closed

Tether Anchor Cover won't stay closed
I have a 2016 S60 and there are 3 rear tether anchors behind the rear seats. The feature a small door cover over the anchor when not in use. Two of the 3 won't stay closed. Anyone experience this?
