The reason for the message is your new set draws a different amperage than the stock set. When the car's computer gets a different draw than expected it displays the message, thinking the bulb is out. Some people opt for the Bulb Out Eliminator kits that are found online which can work, some people switch to a 55w HID kit which can work, some people have tried modifying the shunt which apparently monitors the amperage, and I just read about a quick trick on Matthews Volvo Site. Whatever you decide on, please read up on it.

So I checked out that link and do I understand it right and that I have to lift up the fuse box and look on the underside?
